SG 7.5: How to exclude users from Payroll generation?

Excluding users from Payroll generation, if required

This setting will exclude selected users from every Payroll batch until they are reinstated.

Excluding users from Payroll generation

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Payroll
2. Click Payroll Settings
3. Search for users using the search bar if necessary
4. Filter by Departments
5. Filter by Roles
6. Select which employees to exclude
7. Once done, click Exclude

 

Reinstating Users to Payroll generation

1. Click on the Excluded Users tab
2. Search for users using the search bar if necessary
3. Filter by Departments
4. Filter by Roles
5. Select which employees to include
6. Once done, click Include
