MY 2.9: How to Create and Apply Job Template

Admins can create standard templates for user Job Details which can be imported when adding new users.

Creating a Template

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Employees > Template > Job Template
2. Click Add, to add New Template
3. Toggle On to display Past Deleted Template
4. Enter Template Name
5. Enter Template Content
6. Click Save, Done

Saving a Template

Newly Created Job Tabs/ Existing Job Tabs can be saved as a Job Template for future use.

1. When creating or accessing an employee Job Tab found Under Employee > Profile. Click "Save Template"
2. A Pop Up Window appears. Enter your Job Template Name
3. Click "Save", your template is now saved for future use.

 

Applying a Template

1. When creating or accessing an employee Job Tab found Under Employee > Profile. Click "Import Template"
2. A Pop Up Window appears. Select your required Job Template.
3. Click "Import", Done
