Managing Attendance - Acknowledging and Finalizing timesheet

Step 1: Acknowledging attendance on HerdWeb
- On the left sidebar menu, Click Attendance > Review Timesheet (red icon beside denotes the number of timesheets that needs to be acknowledged)
- Select the intended month for attendance verification from the “
” icon - Select an employee profile by clicking the employee’s name to verify attendance

*Note: “!” means attendance is missing start / end or both. This would require user to manually enter
- Check for timesheet errors, if any
- To make changes to the timesheet:
- Click Start/End icon to edit the location, time and date
- Click Done


- Click Acknowledge if all details are accurate
- Click Decline to discard attendance you do not want
*Note: Toggle On Absent button if employee is on leave/sick
Step 2: Finalizing Timesheet
- On the left sidebar menu, Click Attendance>Finalize Timesheet
- Select an employee profile by clicking the employee’s name to view the monthly attendance record

- Click Finalize Timesheet once verified
- Click Export to Excel, if required

Once you have finalized your attendance summary, you can also view your attendance reports.
*Note: All timesheet errors have to be cleared before attendance summary can be finalised. Also, please ensure that pop-up blocker is turned off.
