Running Payroll - Generation of Reports

Besides generating payroll documents, you can also view your payroll reports to obtain a more comprehensive payroll summary.

Generating Payroll Reports

• Working history Report
• Payroll Detail Report
• Payroll History Report
• Payroll YTD (Year To Date) Report
• Leave Costing Report

Working History Report

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Payroll
2. Click Report
3. Click Working History Report
4. Fill in all the fields
5. Click Generate to obtain the working history report of all/selected employee(s)
6. Click Export to Excel, if required

*Note: Ensure that pop-up blocker is turned off

Payroll Detail Report

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Payroll
2. Click Report
3. Click Payroll Detail Report
4. Select Year and Month
5. Select the type of payroll batch (All payroll batch, finalized, pending)
6. Toggle off Check Variance (Shows payroll variance between 2 months)
7. Click Generate
8. Click Export to Excel, if required

*Note: Ensure that pop-up blocker is turned off

Payroll History Report

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Payroll
2. Click Report
3. Click Payroll History Report
4. Select the month and year
5. Key in Employee Name, if desired
6. Click Generate
7. Click Export to Excel, if required

*Note: Ensure that pop-up blocker is turned off

Payroll YTD Report

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Payroll
2. Click Report
3. Click Payroll YTD Report
4. Select the start date and end date
5. Select the Cost Center
6. Key in Employee Name, if desired
7. Click Export

Leave Costing Report

1. On the left sidebar menu, Click Payroll
2. Click Report
3. Scroll down and click Leave Costing Report
4. Select the Leave Balance's Date
5. Select the Leave Type
6. Select the Cost Center
7. Select the Department
8. Select the Role
9. Select whether to Group By Cost Center or Department
10. Key in Employee Name, if desired
11. Turn the toggle on to Include Ceased Employees
12. Click Generate
